Tri Tip


Tri Tip is a cut very similar to Punta de Solomo, although slightly firmer.  It has a triangular shape that can be sliced into thick slabs and roasted on a thick skewer, the same way the Brazilians roast Picanha.  But an interesting way of cooking it is to make an incision in the middle, and stuff it with bacon, gorgonzola cheese, and other tasty stuffings, and then roast it in the oven.  We shared a video recipe on our Facebook page that demonstrates the technique.  12,000 / kg
