Punta de Solomo is one of the quintessential beef cuts of Latin America.  The name may vary from country to country (“Picanha” in Brazil, for example).  But it is almost a universal favorite for its flavor, tenderness, and because it is always the centerpiece of the parrilla.  We normally cut the Punta de Solomo as part of our Sirloin steaks.  This time, however, we decided to sell the Punta de Solomo separately, and then make Milanesa with the other part of the Sirloin.  25,000 colones / kg

    I really like it, is not as tender as I wish but is not a “shoe leather”, in the other hand, it has a really great delicious taste.
    I made it stuffed with spinach, baccon, some cheese and morrón pepper. Definetively, a must try.
