        The Flank Steak is the most popular cut of beef for making Fajitas.  It also makes a great Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, or a delicious topping for a grilled steak salad.  Our top recommendation is to marinate, grill, slice thinly, and serve on tortillas with caramelized onions and bell peppers, and pico de gallo.  Flank Steak is also delicious when grilled and served with a Chimichurri sauce (Click for Chimichurri recipe)
