Beef Chorizo Sausages made with Blue Cheese and Scottish Ale


We are bringing back our Chorizo Sausage made with our Hacienda Sur beef, and flavored with blue cheese, Scottish ale, and balsamic vinegar.  Our friend “CS” — who is the brewmaster of Costa Rica’s largest craft brewery — makes these sausages for us.  He obviously also makes the Scottish ale that he uses to flavor them.  It is not often that CS has time to make these sausages for us, so we are very happy when he does.  Needless to say, our supply is limited.  There are several sausages in each pack, and one pack weighs at least 750 grams.  12,000 / pack
