Boomerang Steak (Sold Out)
Our team of very experienced butchers just extracted a cut of beef with some extraordinary properties. It is remarkably tender, full of flavor, and can be cooked/served many different ways. We are still trying to determine if anyone else has already “discovered” this cut of beef. We might be the first!!
We are tentatively calling it the Boomerang Steak, due to its slightly curved shape. It comes from deep within the chuck, near the blade bone. It is relatively lean, yet still very tender for a muscle in this area. The flavor is very similar to the Flat Iron. And I would personally rate it just as good as, if not better than, both the Denver Steak and Vegas Strip Steak. 18,000 / kg
