Tanabe Ribs
. Earlier this year, one of our loyal customers (a retired chef) asked us to cut Korean-style Beef Ribs for him. We had never cut them before, so he instructed us how to cut a small batch. And he loved them.
. As a result, we’ve decided to cut more of this unique style of beef, and have named them in his honor: Tanabe Ribs.
. Tanabe Ribs are essentially a traditional Tira de Asada that have been cut very thin, about 5 or 6 millimeters. They look like thick-cut “bacon with bone.”
. Chef Tanabe’s recommendation is to marinade these ribs, and then grill on the parrilla very quickly on both sides. Please see our “Recipe” page for cooking instructions. 15,000 / kg
