Country-style Boneless Ribs are not ribs as you know them, rather they are meaty strips cut from the Chuck Eye Roll.  They have a very similar muscle structure as beef short ribs, only without the bone.  They are also leaner than short ribs, and we recommend braising them in the oven.  13,000 / kg
